a hard stretch of hill. i'm not going to shift down, though, i come up off the saddle, i'm pushing it. one more kilometer to climb. it's so incredibly pitiful that i ever wanted to do this, but now i'm stuck with it.

Be Content...

I liked Zayne's last post where he quoted Tao te Ching:

Be content with what you have and take joy in the way things are.
When you realize you have all you need, the world belongs to you.

    The Zimbabwe team bikes look so fred. The hoods are pointing up so much, I don't know what to say.

    As for the 'nags; your money would be better spent on hiring an umbrella girl for your starts...
